It happens to me every year this time of year. Put on your warmest fleecy stuff and get out there later today when it warms up, listen to your God tunes, run until you sweat and think about all you have to be thankful for. And then come home and have a cup of hot cocoa with lots of marshmellows in it.
I am not sure I can top all these grat suggestions, I hope you tried some of them. Whenever I get down, I have to do something for myself, and praying helps! Knowing people are praying for you, helps too.

Go listen to "This Good Day" by Fernando Ortega on YouTube, if you don't own a copy.

That'll help :)
CHOCOLATE and a warm blanket. Snuggle up, eat, and read a good book.
get your brain wrapped around something good... clean something...enjoy 10 minutes of complete silence...think about heaven.
