This is my son on his last day of golf lessons. They played in a little tournament and he did really well. I can't believe how much he has improved from last year. And he really loves it. Grandpa got him a new golf bag this year, one of those fancy ones that has it's own legs and of course, Packer wood covers. Anyway, I told him once he was done with lessons, I would take him out for a round. So the tee time is set... a date night for me and Brody.

Hey! Which golf course is that? I guess I don't even know how many you have, but I did get into trouble there as a small child...had no idea that people would get crabby if you took off with their golf balls. I remember thinking that it was the coolest thing, a big field with all those balls for the taking. I also remember crying my eyes out as I was hauled away in someone's golf cart.

This one is Fox Run. There's another one in town, Hillcrest Country Club. What memories of golf balls. Yeah, people do get crabby about that sort of thing, don't they?! They also get crabby when I take Brody and it's like men's league or something. so we're a little slow, what's the deal?! so now we have to go on a night when the men aren't overtaking the course. Sheesh.
